Delhi. Main Bazaar. Paharganj.Colin has an electrical inspector friend who was horrified to hear of how I had wired up some fluorescent tubes etc in my garage with an extension lead from a power point in the laundry.
I wonder how he'd go with these cables, which run power to a lot of dwellings.
